The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to hoisting equipment for fabricated building construction and a using method of the hoisting equipment. The tower comprises a tower body, a rotary joint, a cockpit, a tower cap, a jacking sleeve frame, a cargo boom, a balance arm, a hoisting assembly and a view assembly, the hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting unit and a stroke unit, the hoisting unit comprises a rope winding roller, a winding motor, a traction rope, a hoisting block, a pulley and a hoisting hook, and the stroke unit comprises a guide rail, a rack, a guide sliding block, a guide wheel and a stepping motor. An inner core made of an IPMC material is arranged in the traction rope, a body of the traction rope is conductive, a power supply assembly matched with the inner core is further arranged on the cargo boom, the view field assembly comprises an overlook unit and a side view unit, the overlook unit comprises a first camera and a first distance sensor, and the side view unit comprises an electric driving sliding block, an H-shaped arm, a second camera and a second distance sensor; the problems of poor stability, poor hoisting precision and the like in the prior art can be effectively solved.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体涉及一种装配式建筑施工用吊装设备及其使用方法;本发明包括塔身、回转节、驾驶舱、塔帽、顶升套架、起重臂、平衡臂、起吊组件和视野组件,起吊组件包括吊运单元和行程单元,吊运单元包括收绳辊、收卷电机、牵引绳、吊块、滑轮和吊钩,行程单元包括导轨、齿条、导向滑块、导向轮和步进电机,牵引绳内部设有IPMC材料制成的内芯,牵引绳的本体导电,起重臂上还设有与内芯配合的供电组件,视野组件包括俯视单元和侧视单元,俯视单元包括第一摄像头和第一距离传感器,侧视单元包括电驱动滑块、H型臂、第二摄像头和第二距离感器;本发明能够有效地解决现有技术存在稳定性不佳和吊装精度不佳等问题。
