The invention relates to the technical field of multi-rope friction type hoister equipment, and discloses a method for replacing a steel wire rope of a multi-rope friction type hoister. The method comprises the following steps that a rope head of a new rope is connected with a cage, and the rope head of the new rope is fixedly connected with the cage located at a wellhead; lowering: lowering the cage for multiple times, and driving the new rope to gradually enter the lower part of the wellhead in multiple sections until the counterweight ascends to the wellhead; pre-tensioning: applying an upward pre-tightening force to a new rope which newly enters the lower part of the wellhead every time the cage is lowered; fixing the new rope and the old rope, namely fixing the new rope and the corresponding old rope at the wellhead after applying the pre-tightening force to the new rope every time, and releasing the pre-tightening force; the new rope is connected with the balance weight; after the balance weight ascends to a well mouth, the new rope is cut off on the balance weight side and fixed to the balance weight; and recycling the old rope. According to the method for replacing the steel wire rope of the multi-rope friction type hoister, the situation that large deformation continues to occur after the new steel wire rope is replaced and subsequently put into production is avoided, so that potential safety hazards of facilities are reduced, and the workload of subsequent workers is reduced.

    本发明涉及多绳摩擦式提升机设备技术领域,公开了一种多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳更换方法:包括以下步骤:新绳绳头与罐笼连接:将新绳绳头与位于井口的罐笼固定连接;下放:分多次下放罐笼,并带动新绳分多段逐步进入井口下方,直至配重上升至井口;预拉:罐笼每下放一次,对新进入井口下方的新绳施加向上的预紧力;新、旧绳固定:每次对新绳施加预紧力后,在井口将新绳与对应旧绳固定,并解除预紧力;新绳与配重连接:配重上升至井口后,在配重侧将新绳截断并与配重固定;回收旧绳。本发明提供的多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳更换方法,避免新钢丝绳更换完成后续投入生产后继续出现较大的变形量,如此减小设施的安全隐患,减少后续工作人员的工作量。
