The invention discloses a five-degree-of-freedom zero-gravity test device, solves the problem that an existing multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm cannot realize a ground simulation test, and belongs to the field of ground zero-gravity tests of spacecrafts. The device comprises a horizontal plane three-degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism, a pitching degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism and a rolling degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism. The pitching degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism is arranged on the horizontal plane three-degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism, and the horizontal plane three-degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism and the pitching degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism are connected through a pitching rotating shaft; the horizontal plane three-degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism is used for realizing two-dimensional movement of a test article in any horizontal range and three degrees of freedom of horizontal complete-circle rotation, and a supporting main body of the pitching degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism adopts a ship plate shape and is used for realizing complete-circle rotation of the test article in the pitching direction; and the rolling degree-of-freedom zero-gravity simulation mechanism is used for realizing the whole-circle rolling of the test article around the rolling degree-of-freedom.

    一种五自由度零重力试验装置,解决了现有多自由度机械臂无法实现地面模拟试验的问题,属于航天器地面零重力试验领域。本发明包括水平面三自由度零重力模拟机构、俯仰自由度零重力模拟机构和滚转自由度零重力模拟机构;俯仰自由度零重力模拟机构设置在水平面三自由度零重力模拟机构上,水平面三自由度零重力模拟机构和俯仰自由度零重力模拟机构通过俯仰转动轴连接;水平面三自由度零重力模拟机构用于实现试验品在水平任意范围的二维移动以及水平整周旋转三个自由度,俯仰自由度零重力模拟机构的支撑主体采用船板形状,用于实现试验品在俯仰方向上的整周旋转;滚转自由度零重力模拟机构用于实现试验品绕滚转自由度的整周滚转。
