A hot plug power terminal (4a) on the back face of the power converter module penetrates through the window to be connected with the bus copper bar in an inserted mode, a water inlet and outlet connector (4b) on the back face of the power converter module is connected with the inner end of a cooling water adapter in an inserted mode, and the outer end of the cooling water adapter is connected with the water pipe. The connection between the external cooling system and the charging pile is very convenient and rapid, when the power converter module in the charging pile breaks down or is damaged, the power converter module can be rapidly replaced, power supply can be recovered as soon as possible, and the power utilization guarantee strength is effectively improved.
