The invention relates to a charging pile cable, in particular to a cable for a new energy automobile charging pile capable of being quickly positioned and arranged. The cable comprises an outer sheath, a wear-resistant layer, an anticorrosive layer and a flame-retardant layer which are arranged in sequence from outside to inside, wherein an elastic bracket, a charging cable core and a communication cable are arranged in the flame-retardant layer, the elastic bracket is provided with outwards extending bracket legs fixed with the inner wall of the flame-retardant layer, an accommodating groovematched with the charging cable core is formed in the elastic bracket, a first through hole and a second through hole which are matched with the communication cable and the charging cable core respectively are further formed in the elastic bracket, a cavity is formed in the elastic bracket, and the accommodating groove and the cavity are both filled with a first filling layer. According to the cable, the defects that in the prior art, the function is single, and a cable is prone to being bent and broken can be effectively overcome.

    本发明涉及充电桩电缆,具体涉及一种可快速定位安置的新能源汽车充电桩用电缆,包括从外到内依次设置的外护套、耐磨层、防腐层和阻燃层,阻燃层内部设有弹性支架、充电缆芯和通信线缆,弹性支架上设有与阻燃层内壁固定的外伸支脚,弹性支架上开设有与充电缆芯配合的容置槽,弹性支架上分别开设有与通信线缆、充电缆芯配合的第一通孔、第二通孔,弹性支架上开设有空腔,容置槽、空腔的内部均填充有第一填充层;本发明提供的技术方案能够有效克服现有技术所存在的功能单一、线缆容易弯折断裂的缺陷。
