The container side face hoisting and transferring system comprises a transfer vehicle, a supporting assembly, a horizontal moving beam assembly, a first transverse telescopic mechanism, a transverse moving beam assembly, a second transverse telescopic mechanism and a hoisting tool assembly. The supporting assembly is arranged on the transfer trolley and used for installing the translation beam assembly.
