The invention discloses a fault-tolerant control method and a fault-tolerant control device for a six-phase electrically-driven reconfiguration type vehicle-mounted charger. The fault-tolerant control method comprises the following steps of: S1, configuring and acquiring a direct-current side bus voltage, a six-phase winding phase current and a network side voltage; s2, obtaining a d-axis component of the network-side voltage, and configuring a q-axis given value; s3, obtaining a phase angle of the power grid, and obtaining a given winding current amplitude and a phase lag angle; a step S4 of configuring an amplitude adjustment coefficient and a phase adjustment coefficient of each phase, and obtaining a current given value of each phase; and S5, determining the voltage given value of each phase of bridge arm according to the current given value of each phase, configuring the pulse width modulation of each phase, and obtaining the control signal of each phase of bridge arm switch tube, redistributing the winding current of the charger after the open-circuit fault by using the multi-control degree-of-freedom characteristic of the six-phase motor, and determining the voltage given value of each phase of bridge arm according to the current given value of each phase. A current component track in a torque sub-plane is kept to be a straight line, the characteristic of no rotating magnetic field is met, and fault-tolerant operation of the charger is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种六相电驱重构型车载充电机容错控制方法及装置,方法包括如下步骤:配置采集直流侧母线电压、六相绕组相电流,以及网侧电压的步骤S1;获得网侧电压d轴分量,并配置q轴给定值的步骤S2;获取电网相位角,以及获取绕组电流幅值给定与相位滞后角度的步骤S3;配置各相的幅值调节系数和相位调节系数,并获取各相电流给定值的步骤S4;根据各相电流给定值确定各相桥臂电压给定值,并配置各相的脉冲宽度调制,获得各相桥臂开关管控制信号的步骤S5,利用六相电机多控制自由度特性,对发生开路故障后的充电机绕组电流重新分配,使其在转矩子平面内的电流分量轨迹保持为一条直线,满足无旋转磁场特性,实现充电机的容错运行。
