The invention discloses a lithium battery centering adjustment lifting appliance, and belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle lithium battery assembly. An annular track is fixedly connected below the connecting beam, and a plurality of pulleys are mounted on the annular track; a suspension arm is fixedly connected below the pulley, and a clamping arm is fixed at the lower end of the suspension arm and points to the center of the annular track. An annular boss is arranged on the upper side face of the annular track, an annular friction plate is fixed to the lower portion of the inner side face of the annular track, and an annular rack is fixed to the upper portion of the inner side face of the annular track. The pulley comprises an L-shaped support, a horizontal roller and a vertical roller are installed on the horizontal part of the L-shaped support, and a horizontal transmission gear and a sliding supporting block are installed on the vertical part of the L-shaped support. Through the arrangement of the annular hanger rail and the independently-adjusted pulley, the positions of the clamping arms are free and flexible, and the lithium battery clamping device can adapt to clamping of lithium batteries of different sizes and special-shaped structures; the clamping arm always points to the gravity center of the lithium battery at any adjusting position, and it is ensured that the lithium battery is stable in the hoisting process.

    本发明公布一种锂电池对心调节吊具,属于电动汽车锂电池装配技术领域。连接梁下固定连接有环形轨道,环形轨道上安装有多个滑车;滑车下固定连接有吊臂,吊臂下端固定有夹持臂,夹持臂指向环形轨道的中心。环形轨道截面呈矩形,环形轨道上侧面具有环形凸台,环形轨道内侧面靠下位置固定有环形摩擦板,环形轨道内侧面靠上位置固定有环形齿条。滑车包括L型支架,L型支架水平部分上安装有水平滚轮和竖向滚轮,L型支架竖向部分上安装有水平传动齿轮和滑动支撑块。本发明通过设置环形吊轨和独立调节的滑车,夹持臂位置自由灵活,可以适应不同尺寸和异形结构的锂电池夹取;夹持臂始终在任一调节位置指向锂电池重心,确保吊装过程中锂电池平稳。
