A lifting, centering and adjusting mechanism of a crane beam box comprises lifting devices. Each lifting device comprises an upper platform, a lower platform and a lifting mechanism installed betweenthe upper platform and the lower platform. A centering device is arranged on each upper platform and comprises a first sliding piece and a second sliding piece, wherein a first centering baffle is arranged on the first sliding piece, and a first centering baffle is arranged on the second sliding piece. The lifting, centering and adjusting mechanism further comprises a placing platform arranged above the centering device and two supporting plates used for supporting the placing platform, wherein the bottoms of the two supporting plates are fixedly connected with the upper platforms, and the placing platform is provided with notches corresponding to the first centering baffle and the second centering baffle correspondingly, so that the first centering baffle and the second centering baffle move in the notches so as to clamp the beam box. The lifting, centering and adjusting mechanism has the functions of position lifting and automatic centering of the width center line of the beam box inthe manufacturing process, avoids manual hoisting adjustment so as to adapt to height changes and center line alignment, reduces the labor intensity, and improves the production efficiency and the safety coefficient.
