The reset spring is installed on the spring seat which is installed in the plug counter bore. A roller of the operating mechanism is in contact with a plug in the valve body to form acting force and counter-acting force. And the operating mechanism and the valve core are pushed to press each other to work movably. The valve element can slide along the inner wall of the valve body, an exhaust hole is formed in the side wall of the valve element, a plug for plugging the other end of the valve body is arranged in the valve body, a spring seat attached to the plug is further arranged in the plug, and a reset spring is installed between the spring seat and the valve element. The hydraulic brake valve has the advantages that abnormal sound and cavitation caused by gas accumulation to the hydraulic brake valve are avoided, normal transmission and circulation of hydraulic oil in a pipeline are guaranteed, and hidden dangers of a hydraulic brake system are eliminated.
本发明公开了一种液压制动阀及其排气工艺方法,排气结构的阀体部件的阀体触碰顶压阀体部件顶部的操纵机构,阀体阀塞安装工作弹簧,阀体的中心孔和堵头的中心沉孔安装阀芯,阀芯装入堵头中心,沉孔顶压复位弹簧,复位弹簧安装在弹簧座,弹簧座安装在堵头沉孔。操作机构的滚轮与阀体内的塞触压形成作用力、反作用力。推动操作机构和阀芯相互触压活动工作。阀芯能够沿着阀体的内壁滑动,阀芯的侧壁上开设有排气孔,阀体内设有封堵阀体另一端的堵头,堵头内还设有贴靠堵头的弹簧座,弹簧座与阀芯之间安装有复位弹簧。优点是:避免气体积聚对液压制动阀造成的异响及气蚀现象,保证液压油在管路中的正常传输和循环,排除液压制动系统的隐患。
