The invention provides an interboard cooler and a ship centralized cooling system. The interboard cooler comprises an interboard cooler shell, a pipe bundle and a plurality of turbulent flow grids. The tube bundle is arranged in the shell, and a shell pass runner is formed between the tube bundle and the shell; the plurality of turbulent flow grids are arranged in the shell and are respectively connected with the tube bundle; the multiple turbulent flow grids are sequentially arranged in the length direction of the interboard cooler at intervals in a staggered mode so that the supporting areas in the shell pass flow channel can sequentially and alternately communicate with the flow channel areas corresponding to the suspension areas, and a snakelike flow channel is formed. The turbulent flow grid is used for guiding cooling fluid in the shell pass flow channel to flow from the supporting area to the suspension area and allowing the cooling fluid to penetrate in the length direction of the interboard cooler. According to the heat exchanger, large resistance generated by all baffling of cooling fluid outside the pipe can be avoided, and the heat exchange effect can be effectively enhanced by means of jet flow passing through the turbulent flow grids and transverse fluid flowing from the supporting area to the suspension area.

    本发明提供一种舷间冷却器及船舶集中冷却系统,所述舷间冷却器壳体、管束及多个扰流栅格;管束设于壳体内,管束与壳体之间形成壳程流道;多个扰流栅格设于壳体内,并分别与管束连接;多个扰流栅格沿舷间冷却器的长度方向依次间隔且交错排布,以使得壳程流道内的支撑区与悬空区对应的流道区域依次交替连通,并形成为蛇形流道;扰流栅格用于引导壳程流道内的冷却流体从支撑区流向悬空区,并供冷却流体沿舷间冷却器的长度方向穿过。本发明既能够避免管外的冷却流体进行全部折流所产生的较大阻力,又能借助通过扰流栅格的射流及从支撑区流向悬空区的横掠流体有效强化换热效果。
