The invention discloses a ship outboard conformal cooler made of catalyst material and a ship cooling system. The cooler comprises a cooling tank and a high-temperature water tank, wherein the cooling tank is arranged on one side of the high-temperature water tank, a top cover is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the high-temperature water tank, a cooling water cavity, a water cooling cavity and an air cooling cavity are arranged in the cooling tank, the cooling water cavity is connected to heat source equipment, and the upper end of the cooling tank is fixedly sleeved with a circular shield; the cooling system forms an air cooling through a rotation of axial flow blades by a motor, then through a rotation of an arc fluted disc in linkage with an arc gear, an impeller is finally driven to rotate, gas in a vertical pipe is sucked into a transverse pipe, negative pressure is formed in the vertical pipe, high-temperature water can be extracted from the high-temperature water tank through a transmission mechanism, and the high-temperature water is then sent into a spraying device in the cooling tank, uniformly sprayed into the cooling tank, quickly cooled through the cooling mechanism, and finally falls into the cooling water cavity to continuously cool the heat source equipment, so that a cooling circulation is formed, the space is saved, and the efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种触媒材料的船舶舷外共形冷却器及船舶冷却系统,包括冷却箱和高温水箱,所述冷却箱设于高温水箱一侧,且所述高温水箱上端固定设有顶盖,所述冷却箱内设有冷却水腔、水冷腔、空冷腔,所述冷却水腔连接于热源设备,所述冷却箱上端固定套接有圆形护罩,冷却系统通过电机转动轴流叶片形成风冷,并通过弧线齿盘联动弧线齿轮转动,并最终带动叶轮转动,使立管内气体被吸入横管内,而立管内形成负压,从而通过传动机构能从高温水箱内抽取高温水,并送入冷却箱内的喷洒装置均匀喷洒至冷却箱内,然后通过冷却机构进行快速冷却,并最终落入冷却水腔内继续冷却热源设备,形成冷却循环,节约空间,效能高。
