The invention discloses an underwater subsurface buoy real-time data transmission device which is installed on a main floating body of an underwater subsurface buoy and comprises an underwater winch, a lifting platform with positive buoyancy, a profile measurement sensor, a lifting platform controller, a mooring line with positive buoyancy, an acoustic communication unit and a satellite communication machine. The acoustic communication unit is composed of a lifting platform acoustic signal machine and a main floating body acoustic signal machine. The underwater winch and the main floating body audio signal machine are fixedly arranged on the main floating body of the underwater subsurface buoy, and the underwater winch is controlled by the main control computer of the underwater subsurface buoy; the lifting platform audio signal machine, the lifting platform controller, the profile measurement sensor and the satellite communication machine are mounted on the lifting platform; the lifting platform is connected with the underwater winch through a mooring line; and the acoustic communication unit is used for transmitting measurement data and control instructions between the main control computer and the lifting platform controller. According to the invention, ocean full-profile data measurement can be realized, and measurement data can be sent to ground users in time.
