According to the hoisting device and method for the steel-based sliding contact line, the hoisting device comprises a supporting arc plate, a pulley and a rope tool, a sliding groove is formed in the supporting arc plate, two pulley shafts are fixedly connected to the position, on the rotating center line, of the pulley, and the pulley face part of the pulley stretches into the sliding groove and is limited through abutting between the two pulley shafts and the supporting arc plate; the rope is wound on the pulley groove of the pulley and extends downwards relative to the sliding groove; one end of the rope is used for fixing the steel-based sliding contact line, the other end of the rope serves as a pull-down acting part, and the pull-down acting part can drive the pulley to roll on the supporting arc plate so that the supporting arc plate can swing left and right in the arc face direction of the supporting arc plate. The device is simple in structure, the pulley can drive the supporting arc plate to swing by controlling the pull-down mode of the pull-up and pull-down acting part of the rope tool, then the purpose of transversely moving the steel-based sliding contact line fixed by the rope tool is achieved, operation is simplified, efficiency is high, erecting of an auxiliary frame is omitted, and the personal safety of operators is guaranteed.

    本发明的一种钢基滑触线的吊装装置及方法,其中,吊装装置包括支撑弧板、滑轮及绳具,支撑弧板上开设有滑槽,滑轮在旋转中心线上固接有两根滑轮轴,滑轮的轮面部分伸入至滑槽,并用两根滑轮轴通过与支撑弧板之间的抵靠进行限位;绳具绕接于滑轮的轮槽,并相对于滑槽向下伸出;绳具的一端用于固定钢基滑触线,另一端用作下拉作用部,且下拉作用部能够驱动滑轮在支撑弧板上滚动,以使支撑弧板沿其弧面方向进行左右摆动。本发明结构简单,可通过控制绳具上下拉作用部的下拉方式,来实现滑轮对支撑弧板摆动的驱动,进而达到横向移动由该绳具固定的钢基滑触线的目的,不仅操作简化,效率高,而且省却搭设辅助的架子,确保操作人员的人身安全。
