The invention discloses a sliding hoisting method which comprises the following steps: S1, track installation: cleaning and leveling a construction site, longitudinally arranging a plurality of boxes to be hoisted, laying a row of embedded parts on each of the two sides of each box, and laying a track on each row of embedded parts; s2, a sliding vehicle is installed, specifically, the sliding vehicle is installed on the track in a sliding mode, and the sliding vehicle can be parked at the hoisting position of each box body; s3, in-place measurement: detecting whether the sliding vehicle is stably parked at a required hoisting position or not; and S4, after the sliding vehicle is stably parked, the box is hoisted through the sliding vehicle. In practical application, the track is laid firstly, then the sliding trolley is slidably installed on the track, when the sliding trolley moves to the hoisting position of a certain box on the track, whether the sliding trolley is stably parked or not is detected, and the box is hoisted after the sliding trolley is stably parked. The safety in the hoisting process can be guaranteed, so that the accuracy of the hoisting position is further guaranteed, the mechanical automation degree is high, the structure is simple, the process is controllable, and the good application value is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种滑移吊装方法,包括:S1:轨道安装:清理并整平施工场地,将待吊装的多个箱体纵向布置,在箱体的两侧均铺设一列埋件,在每列的埋件上铺设轨道;S2:安装滑移车:将滑移车滑动安装在轨道上,滑移车能够停在每个箱体的吊装位置上;S3:到位测量:检测滑移车是否停稳在所需的吊装位置;S4:滑移车停稳后利用滑移车吊装箱体。本发明实际应用时,先铺设轨道,然后再将滑移车滑动安装在轨道上,当滑移车在轨道上运动到某个箱体的吊装位置时,检测滑移车是否停稳,滑移车停稳后再进行箱体的吊装。本发明能够保证吊装过程的安全性,从而进一步保证吊装位置的精确性,本发明机械自动化程度高、结构简单、过程可控、具备良好的应用价值。
