The heat dissipation device comprises an outer shell, a first partition plate arranged in the outer shell and an inner shell located in the outer shell and located below the first partition plate, and the inner shell is used for containing the charging pile body. According to the charging pile, the temperature of a charging pile can be detected in actual use, rapid cooling can be conducted when the charging pile is overheated, the safety performance in the charging process is improved, and the service life of the charging pile is prolonged.
