The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging shed which comprises a charging device, a safety monitoring device and a control device, and the charging device and the safety monitoring device are both connected with the control device. The safety monitoring device monitors the environment of the electric vehicle charging shed, generates environment data and sends the environment data to the control device, the control device controls the working state of the charging device according to the environment data, and the charging device is used for charging an electric vehicle. The environment where the electric vehicle charging shed is located is monitored through the safety monitoring device, and the control device can correspondingly adjust the working state of the charging device according to the change of environment data so as to change the working state of the electric vehicle. And the electric vehicle is charged in combination with the difference of the charging environment, so that the intelligence and convenience of the electric vehicle charging shed can be improved.
