Comprising four multi-degree-of-freedom propellers, propeller power connecting rods, a backpack case and a safety belt main body, the propeller comprises a propeller fixing device, the propeller fixing device is connected with a motor cover, the other end of the motor cover is connected with a propeller cover, a motor is installed in the propeller motor cover, the end, close to the propeller fixing device, of the motor is connected with a motor control panel, and the other end of the motor is connected with a propeller which is located in the propeller cover. The rotating shaft is installed in the center of the propeller and connected with the motor which is controlled by the motor control panel. The backpack case comprises an ergonomic arc-shaped plate, and the ergonomic arc-shaped plate is installed on the side, close to the body, of the backpack case. The device is compact in overall structure, small in size and cost-saving. The device is good in underwater performance, and the intelligent process of unmanned emergency rescue equipment in complex water areas is accelerated.
