The invention provides a railway train control system design method and system.The method comprises the steps that according to center equipment, station equipment, trackside equipment and vehicle-mounted equipment, train faults in a line network are degraded and then rapidly upgraded; remotely downloading the electronic map in the network according to the central equipment, the station equipment, the trackside equipment and the vehicle-mounted equipment; and according to the central equipment, the station equipment, the trackside equipment and the vehicle-mounted equipment, controlling the cross-line operation of the train in the line network. The system executes the method. Aiming at the problem that an existing high-speed railway CTCS train control system and a CBTC train control system are difficult to adapt to operation requirements of urban rail transit, the defects of application and development of the CTCS train control system and the CBTC train control system in urban railways are overcome based on the designed railway train control system; the rapid upgrading problem after train fault degradation and the downloading problem of electronic map data are solved, and cross-line operation of the train is achieved.

    本发明提供一种铁路列控系统设计方法及系统,方法包括:根据中心设备、车站设备、轨旁设备和车载设备,对线网内的列车故障降级后快速升级;根据中心设备、车站设备、轨旁设备和车载设备,对线网内的电子地图远程下载;根据中心设备、车站设备、轨旁设备和车载设备,控制线网内的列车的跨线运行。所述系统执行所述方法。本发明针对现有高速铁路CTCS列控系统以及CBTC列控系统难以适应市域轨道交通的运营需要,基于设计的铁路列控系统,弥补CTCS列控系统以及CBTC列控系统在市域铁路应用和发展的不足,解决了列车故障降级后的快速升级问题、电子地图数据的下载问题以及实现列车的跨线运行。
