The invention discloses a tower crane monitoring system which comprises a ground management and control center, a monitoring terminal and a tower crane, the monitoring terminal is located in a trolley of the tower crane, and a central processing unit is arranged in the monitoring terminal. The high-precision power sensors are additionally arranged on the hoisting motor, the rotary motor and the trolley variable-amplitude motor, power consumption curves of the three motors are read in real time, early warning or alarm information is generated through comparison according to a set threshold value, and a tower crane driver is reminded to conduct safe and standard operation; the gyroscope is additionally arranged on the tower crane rotary table, the inclination angle and the abnormal vibration condition of the rotary table are monitored, the stability in the operation starting process is judged by combining a power consumption curve, and an alarm is immediately generated to remind a tower crane driver of abnormal operation when abnormal vibration is found; according to the method, the operation specification scores in the tower crane driver desk class can be summarized through the ground management and control center, the operation safety coefficient is evaluated, and the operation safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊监控系统,包括地面管控中心、监控终端、塔吊,所述监控终端位于所述塔吊的小车中,所述监控终端内设中央处理单元。本发明在起重电机、回转电机、小车变幅电机上增加高精度功率传感器,实时读取三个电机的功率消耗曲线,根据设定阈值进行对比产生预警或报警信息,提醒塔吊司机进行安全规范的操作;本发明在塔吊回转台上增加陀螺仪,监测回转台的倾斜角度以及异常震动情况,结合功率消耗曲线,判断启动作业过程中的稳定性,发现震动异常,立刻产生报警,提示塔吊司机异常作业;本发明可通过地面管控中心汇总塔吊司机台班内作业规范成绩,评估作业安全系数,有得于提高作业安全。
