The invention relates to a large barrel self-locking lifting device and a lifting method. The large barrel self-locking lifting device comprises a lifting appliance body, an anti-disengaging rod, a pressing rod, a lever, a front connecting assembly, a rear connecting assembly and a middle connecting assembly. The lifting appliance body can be lifted by a crane and other lifting equipment, the anti-disengaging rod is installed at the end of the C-shaped opening, the pressing rod is installed in the middle of the lifting appliance body, and the lever is installed at the bottom of the lifting appliance body. The anti-disengaging rod is connected with the lever through a front connecting assembly, the pressing rod is connected with the lever through a rear connecting assembly, and the lever is connected with the lifting appliance body through a middle connecting assembly. The C-shaped lifting appliance is adopted, large cylindrical parts can be lifted conveniently, lifting self-locking is achieved through the lever, and lifting safety is guaranteed. The device has the characteristics of convenience in operation and high safety.

    本发明涉一种大型筒体自锁起吊装置及起吊方法,包括吊具本体、防脱杆、压杆、杠杆、前部连接组件、后部连接组件、中部连接组件。吊具本体可由行车等起重设备吊起,防脱杆安装于C形开口端部,压杆安装于吊具本体中部,杠杆安装于吊具本体底部。防脱杆与杠杆通过前部连接组件连接,压杆与杠杠通过后部连接组件连接,杠杆与吊具本体通过中部连接组件连接。本发明采用C形起吊吊具,便于吊起大型圆筒零件,并通过杠杆实现起吊自锁,保证了起吊的安全性。具有操作便利、安全性高的特点。
