The invention discloses a traction structure for relieving submarine cable laying damage, which comprises a base plate, a submarine cable winding and unwinding device is arranged on the base plate, a submarine cable water entry device is arranged at one end of the base plate, and the submarine cable winding and unwinding device comprises a submarine cable pull-back component, a submarine cable uplifting component and a submarine cable lowering component which are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the base plate; the submarine cable water entry device comprises a square sliding rail rod with the two ends fixed to the upper surface of the base plate through vertical plates, a horizontal displacement buffering part arranged outside the square sliding rail rod in a sleeving mode, a cable laying pipe arranged on the side, away from the submarine cable take-up and pay-off device, of the horizontal displacement buffering part, and a plurality of air floating parts symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the cable laying pipe. The air source component is arranged on the upper surface of the base plate; a submarine cable on the cable ship sequentially passes through the submarine cable lowering part, the submarine cable uplifting part, the submarine cable pull-back part and the cable laying pipe and then enters seawater. The invention relates to a traction mechanism capable of avoiding damage caused by too small bending radius during submarine cable laying.

    本发明公开了缓减海缆敷设受损的牵引结构,包括基座板,基座板上设有海缆收放装置,基座板一端设有海缆入水装置,海缆收放装置包括依序设于基座板上表面的海缆回拉部件、海缆上挑部件以及海缆下放部件;海缆入水装置包括两端通过竖板固定在基座板上表面的方形滑轨杆,套设于方形滑轨杆外部的水平位移缓冲部件,设于水平位移缓冲部件远离海缆收放装置一侧的放缆管,对称设于放缆管外壁的多个气浮部件,以及设于基座板上表面的气源部件;电缆船上海缆依次经过海缆下放部件、海缆上挑部件、海缆回拉部件以及放缆管后进入海水。本发明是一种可避免海缆敷设时因弯曲半径过小而造成损伤的牵引机构。
