If it is detected that an adhesion fault occurs between the direct-current positive relay and the direct-current negative relay, when the vehicle is in a static state, on-off of a low-voltage power supply loop of the direct-current positive relay and the direct-current negative relay is controlled according to a preset frequency, and if the fault does not return to normal, fault information is prompted. According to the method, the probability of electrification of the high-voltage output port caused by slight adhesion of the high-voltage end of the relay due to abnormity can be greatly reduced, and the probability that the whole vehicle cannot be used due to micro adhesion can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种继电器高压端粘连处理方法,步骤包括:继电器未闭合时,检测电池系统高压回路中是否发生粘连故障;若检测到主继电器与负继电器之间发生粘连故障,则对车辆进行上电和下电多次操作后,若故障仍未恢复正常,则在车辆处于静止状态时,按预设频次分别控制主继电器与负继电器低压供电回路的通断,若仍未恢复正常,提示故障信息。若检测直流正继电器与直流负继电器之间发生粘连故障,则在车辆处于静止状态时,按预设频次分别控制直流正继电器和直流负继电器低压供电回路的通断,若故障未恢复正常,提示故障信息。该方法能够极大地降低因异常导致继电器高压端轻微粘连带来的高压输出口带电的概率,以及因微粘连导致整车无法使用的概率。
