The invention discloses a relay adhesion detection method for a high-voltage loop in a vehicle, a battery and an automobile, and the method comprises the steps: switching the closing state of a main positive relay and/or a main negative relay in the high-voltage loop through a vehicle controller, so as to control the operation state of the high-voltage loop; in the power-on process of the vehicle, the main positive relay and the main negative relay are controlled to sequentially conduct state switching of first closing and then disconnection, first voltage data are collected, and whether the main positive relay and/or the main negative relay are/is in an adhesion state or not is judged according to the first voltage data; and in the vehicle power-off process, the main positive relay and the main negative relay are controlled to be disconnected, second voltage data and third voltage data are collected, whether the main negative relay is in an adhesion state or not is judged according to the second voltage data, and whether the main positive relay is in an adhesion state or not is judged according to the third voltage data. According to the invention, the adhesion condition of the relay on the high-voltage loop can be efficiently detected at low cost.

    本发明公开了一种车辆中高压回路的继电器粘连检测方法、电池及汽车,其中方法包括:通过车辆控制器切换高压回路中主正继电器和/或主负继电器的闭合状态,以控制高压回路的运行状态;在车辆上电过程中,控制主正继电器和主负继电器相继进行先闭合后断开的状态切换,采集第一电压数据,根据第一电压数据判断主正继电器和/或主负继电器是否处于粘连状态;在车辆下电过程中,控制主正继电器和主负继电器断开,采集第二电压数据和第三电压数据,根据第二电压数据判断主负继电器是否处于粘连状态,根据第三电压数据判断主正继电器是否处于粘连状态。本发明实现低成本且高效地检测高压回路上继电器粘连情况的效果。
