The invention relates to a torsion beam suspension system. The two ends of a torsion beam are connected with a vehicle body through bushings. The lower end of the shock absorber is connected with the torsion beam, and the upper end is connected with the vehicle body; the lower end of the spiral spring is connected with a spring tray arranged on the torsion beam, and the upper end is connected with a vehicle body; and the lower end of the auxiliary spring corresponds to the spring tray and is a set distance away from the upper end surface of the spring tray. According to the technical scheme, the riding comfort of the whole vehicle in different load states is the same, the rigidity of the auxiliary spring is also increased along with the increase of the load, and the riding comfort of the whole vehicle in different load states can be kept unchanged as long as the ratio of the rigidity of the suspension to the load is kept unchanged.

    本发明涉及一种扭力梁悬架系统,扭力梁的两端通过衬套与车身连接;减振器的下端与扭力梁连接,上端与车身连接;螺旋弹簧的下端与设置于扭力梁上的弹簧托盘连接,上端与车身连接;副簧的上端与车身连接,下端与弹簧托盘相对应且与弹簧托盘上端面有设定距离。本技术方案不同的载荷状态整车的乘坐舒适性相同,随着载荷增加副簧的刚度也增加,只要保证悬架刚度与载荷的比值不变就可以保证不同的载荷状态整车的乘坐舒适性不变。
