The hydro-pneumatic spring guide arm and the steering knuckle arm are integrated and arranged on the lower portion of the hydro-pneumatic spring outer cylinder body, the steering knuckle arm and a vehicle body are still relative to each other in the whole suspension jumping and active adjusting process, the outer cylinder body and the vehicle body are connected more sufficiently, stress is better, the structure is simple, arrangement is convenient, wheel jumping and wheel steering movement are independent, and the service life of the steering knuckle arm is prolonged. Therefore, better obstacle crossing ability and high-speed driving stability are provided for the high-performance off-road vehicle.

    本发明属于汽车底盘技术领域,公开了一种车轮大行程调节转向的模块化底盘系统及其控制方法,油气弹簧设置有油气弹簧外缸体和套设在油气弹簧外缸体里侧的油气弹簧支撑杆,油气弹簧支撑杆下端与轮毂电机连接;油气弹簧外缸体下端通过转向臂安装座安装有转向臂,转向臂一端通过转轴与油气弹簧支撑杆外侧下端连接,转向臂另一端通过转轴与转向动力源连接。本发明将油气弹簧导向臂与转向节臂进行集成并布置在油气弹簧外缸体下部,整个悬架跳动和主动调节过程中转向节臂与车身始终相对静止,外缸体与车身的连接更充分,受力更好,结构简单,方便布置,车轮跳动与车轮转向运动相互独立,互不影响,为高性能越野车提供更好的越障能力和高速行驶稳定性。
