The invention provides an anti-side-rolling device, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The anti-side-rolling device solves the problem that an existing anti-side-rolling device can reduce the running reliability of a rail car. The anti-side-rolling device comprises two oil cylinders, each oil cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a piston and a piston rod which are correspondingly arranged, an inner cavity of the corresponding cylinder body is divided into a top cavity and a bottom cavity by each piston, the top cavities of the two oil cylinders are connected with the bottom cavity of the other oil cylinder through oil pipes respectively, energy accumulators are connected to the two oil pipes, and the two oil pipes are connected with the piston rod. Each piston rod comprises a main rod section located above the corresponding piston and an extending section located below the corresponding piston, a sleeve communicated with outside air is fixed to the bottom of each cylinder body, and each extending section is inserted into the corresponding sleeve to form sliding sealing. The anti-side-rolling device has good working stability, provides good anti-side-rolling performance, can reduce or even does not interfere with the vertical rigidity and the transverse rigidity of the rail car, and improves the running reliability of the rail car.

    本发明提供了一种抗侧滚装置,属于车辆技术领域。它解决了现有的抗侧滚装置会降低轨道车运行可靠性等问题。本抗侧滚装置,包括两个油缸,每个油缸均包括对应设置的缸体、活塞和活塞杆,每个活塞均将对应缸体的内腔分隔为顶腔和底腔,两个油缸的顶腔分别与另一油缸的底腔通过油管相连,且两根油管上均连接有蓄能器,每根活塞杆均包括位于对应活塞上方的主杆段和位于对应活塞下方的延伸段,每个缸体的底部均固定有与外界空气连通的套管,每个延伸段均插入到对应的套管内并形成滑动密封。本抗侧滚装置具有较好的工作稳定性,并提供较好的抗侧滚性能,而且能够减少甚至不会对轨道车的垂向刚度和横向刚度产生干扰,提高了轨道车运行的可靠性。
