The invention provides an intelligent grabhook for hoisting heavy equipment, which at least comprises a pulley block and a clamping jaw, the grabhook comprises more than two groups of grabhook units arranged in parallel, and the tops of the adjacent grabhook units are connected; the gripper unit is composed of a left clamping jaw, a right clamping jaw and a transmission mechanism, the pulley block is fixed to the top of the transmission mechanism, the left clamping jaw is of a C-shaped structure, the right clamping jaw is of an inverted-C-shaped structure, and each of the left clamping jaw and the right clamping jaw comprises a horizontally-arranged connecting rod located on the upper portion, a vertically-arranged clamp leg and a horizontally-arranged clamp located on the lower portion. The grabhook is driven by the transmission mechanism to do relative telescopic motion through the left clamping jaw and the right clamping jaw to complete grabbing and clamping operation of heavy equipment, the heavy equipment is positioned through the laser correlation detector and the weight sensor, and safety and accuracy in the hoisting process are guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种用于吊装重型设备的智能抓爪,至少包括滑轮组和夹爪,所述抓爪包括两组以上平行设置的抓爪单元,相邻的抓爪单元之间在顶部相连接;所述抓爪单元由左夹爪、右夹爪以及传动机构组成,所述滑轮组固定于传动机构的顶部,所述左夹爪的结构为C字形,右夹爪的结构为反C字形,两者均包括位于上方且水平设置的连接杆、竖直设置的钳腿以及位于下方水平设置的夹钳,抓爪通过左夹爪和右夹爪在传动机构的带动下相对伸缩运动完成重型设备的抓夹操作,通过激光对射探测器和重量传感器对重型设备进行定位,保证了吊装过程的安全性和准确性。
