The vehicle is provided with a WIFI module to communicate with an upper computer MQTT, so that automatic goods taking and automatic goods delivery among a goods area, a counter and a charging area are achieved, the vehicle has an automatic electric quantity detection function, and when the electric quantity is lower than a set safety threshold value, the vehicle automatically returns to the charging area to be charged. As redundancy of an automatic function, the vehicle has a semi-automatic (manual) function, semi-automatic (manual) goods taking and delivery are achieved when network paralysis occurs, and manual misoperation is fully considered. And overload protection and anti-collision protection are added to the vehicle, so that the safety of manual operation is improved. In order to facilitate maintenance of equipment, the vehicle is provided with an inching function at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种非标准轨道穿梭车结构,属于仓储、物流技术领域。主要包括:走行部、对中机构、伸缩机构、行走动力模块、对中动力模块、伸缩动力模块、电池箱、重量传感器、激光测距、WIFI模块;其中走行部由底架、轮轴、激光测距、行走动力模块组成,负责整个机构的水平行走功能;对中机构由基座、丝杠、激光测距单元、对中动力模块组成,实现机构载货后的对中校正功能,对人工存放完井工具的操作误差进行纠正;伸缩机构由底座、光杆、伸缩动力模块、伸缩臂组成,实现伸缩定位取货功能;车辆具备WIFI模块与上位机MQTT通讯,从而实现货区与柜台及充电区之间的自动取货和自动送货,车辆具备了电量自动检测功能,低于设置安全阀值时自动返回充电区进行充电。作为自动功能的冗余,车辆具备了半自动(人工)功能,在网络瘫痪时实现半自动(人工)取送货,充分考虑人工出现的误操作。车辆还增加了过载保护、防撞保护,提高手动操作的安全性。为便于设备的检修,车辆同时配备了点动功能。
