The invention relates to a spacecraft four-spring parallel guide satellite-rocket separation device which comprises compression springs, a guide frame, a piston push rod, a locking pin, a limiting cover plate and a pushing frame, the guide frame is of a square frame type structure, and guide sleeves are arranged at the four corners of the guide frame; the piston push rod is slidably assembled in the guide sleeve, a limiting hole is formed in the bottom of the piston push rod, the locking pin penetrates through the bottom of the guide sleeve and the limiting hole, the piston push rod is provided with a piston part, and the bottom of the piston push rod penetrates through the compression spring which is located in the guide sleeve. The four limiting cover plates and the guide sleeve are connected and fixed through first fixing pieces; the four corners of the pushing frame are fixedly connected with the four piston push rods through second fixing pieces correspondingly. The satellite separation device has the following predictable technical effects that the four compression springs form a separation energy source in a parallel connection mode, the four piston push rods are connected with the pushing frame into a whole in a parallel connection mode, and it is always guaranteed that the piston push rods drive the pushing frame to push a satellite to achieve separation.

    本申请涉及一种航天器四弹簧并联导向星箭分离装置,包括压缩弹簧、导向框、活塞推杆、锁紧销、限位盖板、顶推框,导向框为方框式结构,导向框的四个角落设置有导向套筒;活塞推杆在导向套筒内滑动装配,活塞推杆的底部设置有限位孔,锁紧销贯穿导向套筒的底部和限位孔,活塞推杆设置有活塞部,活塞推杆的底部贯穿压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧位于导向套筒内部;四块限位盖板和导向套筒之间通过第一固定件连接固定;顶推框的四角分别和四个活塞推杆之间通过第二固定件连接固定。本申请具有以下可预期的技术效果:四个压缩弹簧通过并联方式组成分离能源,四个活塞推杆通过并联方式与顶推框连接为一体,始终保证活塞推杆带动顶推框来推动卫星实现分离。
