When a rider sits on the cushion, the pressure of the sliding rod is continuously changed from top to bottom along with jolting of advancing and journey, the sliding rod and the supporting cylinder are in stable sliding fit, the sliding rod is elastically supported through the spring, and therefore the elastic damping effect is achieved, the pre-compression amount of the spring can be adjusted and controlled through rotating adjustment of the adjusting piece, and the damping effect is improved. And flexible adjustment can be realized according to the riding path of a user, so that the operation flexibility and comfort of the user can be improved.
