The invention discloses a method and system for preventing a vehicle from stepping on an accelerator by mistake, and the method comprises the steps that the state of an accelerator pedal is monitored, and the state of the accelerator pedal comprises the displacement of the accelerator pedal and the pedal force for stepping on the accelerator pedal; according to the facial expression of the driver, the driving intention of the driver is recognized, and the driving intention of the driver comprises emergency driving and normal driving; and judging whether the driver mistakenly steps on the accelerator pedal according to the accelerator pedal state and the driver driving intention. According to the method and system for preventing the driver from stepping on the accelerator mistakenly, whether the vehicle is dangerous or not can be indirectly judged by analyzing the facial expression of the driver and recognizing the driving intention of the driver, meanwhile, whether the driver steps on the accelerator mistakenly or not is comprehensively analyzed in cooperation with the acting force and displacement changes of the accelerator pedal, and the success rate of preventing the accelerator pedal from stepping on mistakenly is increased; the reliability of judging whether the accelerator is stepped by mistake or not is improved, the vehicle is more intelligent, the misjudgment rate is reduced, and meanwhile the safety of preventing collision caused by mistaken stepping of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆防误踩油门方法及系统,所述方法包括:监测油门踏板状态,油门踏板状态包括油门踏板的位移和脚踩油门踏板的踏板力;根据驾驶员的面部表情,识别驾驶员驾驶意图,驾驶员驾驶意图包括紧急情况驾驶和正常情况驾驶;根据油门踏板状态和驾驶员驾驶意图,判断驾驶员是否误踩油门踏板。本发明的车辆防误踩油门方法及系统,通过分析驾驶员的面部表情,识别驾驶员的驾驶意图,可间接判断车辆是否有危险,同时配合油门踏板的作用力和位移变化,综合分析驾驶员是否误踩油门,增加油门踏板防误踩的成功率,使油门是否被误踩的可信度增加,使车辆更加智能,减少了误判率,同时还提高了车辆防误踩发生碰撞的安全性。
