The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit vehicles, and particularly relates to a locomotive coupler opening device. The two ends of the lifting rod are both provided with execution components, and the two execution components are both connected with a coupler automatic control system driving the execution components to work. The locomotive frame is further provided with a button, the button is electrically connected with the coupler automatic control system, the button is pressed to control passage switching in the coupler automatic control system, the two execution components are driven to control the lifting rod at the same time, and coupler opening or locking of the coupler is achieved. One electromagnetic valve enables the two air cylinders to act simultaneously, and an air outlet pipeline of the electromagnetic valve enables the two air cylinders to act simultaneously through a three-way connector so that the actions are unified; and the left side and the right side of the lifting rod are each provided with one air cylinder so that the lifting rod is even in stress and smooth in rotation, after hook opening, the electromagnetic valve is controlled through the button to switch a path, the lifting rod rapidly falls down, multiple hook opening operations can be performed in a short time, automatic exhaust of the air cylinders is not needed to be waited and rapid conversion between manual hook opening and button hook opening can be achieved, and the device can be widely popularized on locomotives.

    本发明涉及轨道交通车辆技术领域,尤其是一种机车车钩开钩装置。提杆的两端均安装有执行构件,两执行构件均与驱动执行构件工作的车钩自动控制系统连接;机车车架上还安装有按钮,按钮与车钩自动控制系统之间电连,按动按钮,控制车钩自动控制系统中通路切换,驱动两执行构件同时控制提杆,实现车钩的开钩或锁钩。一只电磁阀控制两个气缸同时动作电磁阀出气孔管路通过三通接头同时控制两个气缸作用,动作统一;提杆左右两次各设一个气缸,使提杆受力均匀,旋转流畅,在开钩后,通过按钮控制电磁阀转换通路,使提杆快速落下,可短时间内进行多次开钩操作,而不需要等待气缸自动排气,手工开钩与按钮开钩快速转化,可以在机车上广泛推广。
