The present invention discloses a locomotive coupler anti-tripping protection device. The anti-tripping protection device comprises an anti-tripping main plate, a rotating plate and a locking mechanism, one end of the rotating plate is welded to the end of the anti-tripping main plate, the other end of the rotating plate is rotationally connected with a pin shaft of a lower lock pin of the locomotive coupler, a groove used for containing the lower lock pin is formed in one end of the anti-tripping main plate, the locking mechanism is arranged at the other end of the anti-tripping main plate, and the locking mechanism can seal the lower lock pin in the groove. According to the locomotive coupler anti-tripping protection device, the position of the car coupler lock iron is still kept unchanged when the car coupler vibrates or is impacted by external force in the running process of a locomotive by controlling the position of the car coupler lower lock pin, and therefore the accident that the car coupler is separated is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种机车车钩防跳保护装置,包括防跳主板、转板和锁紧机构,转板的一端焊接于防跳主板的端部上、另一端与机车车钩的下锁销的销轴转动连接,防跳主板的一端设置有用于容纳下锁销凹槽、另一端上设置有锁紧机构,锁紧机构能够将下锁销封闭于凹槽内。本发明的车钩防跳保护装置,通过控制车钩下锁销位置,使机车在运行中车钩发生振动或受到外力冲击时,依然保持车钩锁铁的位置不变,从而防止了发生车钩分离的事故。
