The invention provides an emergency braking system for an unmanned remote control target vehicle, which is high in reliability and capable of dealing with accidents possibly encountered in the movement process of the remote control target vehicle, and guarantees that weapon equipment testing is conducted smoothly. The emergency braking system comprises a data acquisition unit, an image information acquisition module, a braking module, a target vehicle end control module, a remote display control operation table and a data transmission radio station. The data acquisition unit comprises a speed acquisition module, a vehicle attitude acquisition module, a wind speed measurement module and a distance measurement module. The control module calculates the shortest braking distance of the target vehicle according to the current speed, the posture and the wind speed of the target vehicle collected by the data acquisition unit, the sum of the shortest braking distance and the preset buffering distance serves as the emergency braking distance, and two times of the emergency braking distance serves as the warning distance. And then the target vehicle is emergently braked according to the relation between the distance between the target vehicle and the obstacle in front of the moving direction, the emergency braking distance and the warning distance.

    本发明提供一种用于无人遥控靶车的紧急制动系统,可靠性高,能够应对遥控靶车在运动过程中可能遇到的意外情况,保障武器装备测试顺利进行。该紧急制动系统包括:数据采集单元、图像信息采集模块、制动模块、靶车端控制模块、远程显控操作台和数传电台;其中数据采集单元包括:速度采集模块、车辆姿态获取模块、风速测量模块和距离测量模块。控制模块依据数据采集单元采集的靶车当前速度、姿态、风速计算靶车最短制动距离,以最短制动距离与预设缓冲距离之和为紧急制动距离,以紧急制动距离的2倍为警示距离。然后以靶车与运动方向前方障碍物之间距离与紧急制动距离、警示距离之间的关系对靶车进行紧急制动。
