An automobile tire pinning prevention device based on deep learning comprises an artificial intelligence monitor, a multi-stage telescopic air cylinder and a nail attraction magnet; a deep learning algorithm program is embedded in the artificial intelligence monitor, and the nail body on the road surface is identified through the artificial intelligence monitor; the multi-stage telescopic air cylinder is vertically installed on an automobile chassis, and the piston rod of the multi-stage telescopic air cylinder faces downwards; and the nail attraction magnet is fixedly installed at the end of the piston rod of the multi-stage telescopic air cylinder. The number of the automobile tire pinning prevention pinning devices is four, and the four devices are located in front of a left front tire, in front of a right front tire, behind a left rear tire and behind a right rear tire respectively. The automobile tire pinning prevention device based on deep learning belongs to an active defense means, can accurately identify a nail body on a road surface in an automobile driving process, and can actively adsorb the identified nail body at the first time and enable the nail body to be quickly separated from the road surface, so that the situation that the tire is punctured due to the fact that the nail body is pressed by the tire is avoided, and finally, the pinning prevention purpose of the automobile tire is achieved.

    一种基于深度学习的汽车轮胎防钉扎装置,包括人工智能监控仪、多级伸缩气缸及吸钉磁铁;人工智能监控仪内嵌有深度学习算法程序,通过人工智能监控仪对路面上的钉体进行识别;多级伸缩气缸竖直安装在汽车底盘上,多级伸缩气缸的活塞杆朝下;吸钉磁铁固定安装在多级伸缩气缸的活塞杆端部;汽车轮胎防钉扎装置数量为四个,四个装置分别位于左前轮胎前方、右前轮胎前方、左后轮胎后方及右后轮胎后方。本发明的基于深度学习的汽车轮胎防钉扎装置,属于主动防御手段,能够在汽车行驶过程中对路面上的钉体进行精准识别,并可以在第一时间对识别到的钉体进行主动吸附并使其迅速脱离路面,从而避免轮胎压过钉体而扎穿轮胎,最终实现汽车轮胎的防钉扎目的。
