The invention provides a hydraulic system for variable amplitude control of a suspension arm and a control method. The hydraulic system comprises a first variable-amplitude ascending oil way, a first variable-amplitude descending oil way, a second variable-amplitude ascending oil way and a second variable-amplitude descending oil way; the first variable-amplitude communicating oil way is connected with the first variable-amplitude ascending oil way and the first variable-amplitude descending oil way; the second variable-amplitude communicating oil way is connected with the second variable-amplitude ascending oil way and the second variable-amplitude descending oil way; the flow of hydraulic oil in the first variable-amplitude ascending oil way is consistent with that of hydraulic oil in the second variable-amplitude ascending oil way; the flow of hydraulic oil in the first variable-amplitude descending oil way is consistent with that of hydraulic oil in the second variable-amplitude descending oil way; the flow of hydraulic oil passing through the first variable-amplitude balance valve and the second variable-amplitude balance valve is consistent; the first variable-amplitude hydraulic motor and the second variable-amplitude hydraulic motor can rotate synchronously; the variable-amplitude winch can stably act; and meanwhile, the risk of pressure unbalance of the hydraulic system is reduced.

    本发明提供一种吊臂变幅控制的液压系统及控制方法;液压系统包括第一变幅上升油路、第一变幅下降油路、第二变幅上升油路、第二变幅下降油路;第一变幅连通油路连接第一变幅上升油路和第一变幅下降油路;第二变幅连通油路连接第二变幅上升油路和第二变幅下降油路;第一变幅上升油路内的液压油与第二变幅上升油路内的液压油流量一致;第一变幅下降油路内的液压油与第二变幅下降油路内的液压油流量一致;通过第一变幅平衡阀和第二平衡阀液压油的流量也一致;使得第一变幅液压马达与第二变幅液压马达能同步转动;使得变幅绞车能稳定动作;同时降低液压系统出现压力失衡的风险。
