The invention relates to an anti-swing crane and a using method thereof. The anti-swing crane comprises a main moving beam, a sliding rail is arranged at the top of the main moving beam, symmetrically-distributed crane carriages are arranged at the two ends of the top of the sliding rail, the crane carriages are in sliding connection with the sliding rail, a lifting hook is installed at the bottom of one end of each crane carriage, buffering mechanisms for buffering movement of the crane carriages are arranged at the two ends of the top of the main moving beam, the two buffering mechanisms are located on the two sides of the two crane carriages correspondingly, symmetrically-distributed supporting columns are fixed to the two ends of the bottom of the main moving beam, and supporting mechanisms for reducing swing of the crane are arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting columns. In the running process of a running mechanism of an existing crane, a load drives the crane to shake and swing, the working efficiency of the crane is seriously reduced, even certain potential safety hazards exist in the running process of the crane, and meanwhile a carriage loaded with the load is prone to colliding with a lifting beam to cause damage. With the anti-swing crane and the using method thereof adopted, the above problems can be solved.

    本发明涉及一种防摇摆起重机及其使用方法,该防摇摆起重机,包括主移动梁,主移动梁的顶部开设有滑轨,所述滑轨的顶部两端设有对称分布的起重小车,起重小车与滑轨之间滑动连接,起重小车的一端底部安装有起重吊钩,主移动梁的顶部两端设有用于对起重小车的移动进行缓冲的缓冲机构,两个缓冲机构分别位于两个起重小车的两侧,主移动梁的底部两端固定有对称分布的支撑柱,支撑柱的底端设有用于减少起重机摇摆的支撑机构;解决了现有的起重机在运行机构运行过程中,负载带动起重机会产生晃动和摇摆,严重地降低了起重机的工作效率,甚至在起重机运行过程中存在一定的安全隐患,同时载有负载的小车容易与起重梁进行撞击,造成损坏等问题。
