The SOC value of the auxiliary electric energy source module can be adjusted according to the front road information and the front road condition information of the vehicle, so that the SOC value of the auxiliary electric energy module is kept at a reasonable level, the load balance of a fuel cell is realized, and the power output of the fuel cell can be kept to change slowly.
