The invention discloses multifunctional assembling equipment for an assembly type steel structure in a tunnel. The multifunctional assembling equipment comprises a moving unit, a supporting unit and an assembling unit; the supporting unit comprises supporting parts and sliding parts; the supporting parts are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the moving unit and at least can telescopically move up and down; the sliding parts are arranged at the bottom of the supporting parts; the assembling unit is arranged on the moving unit. According to the scheme, the supporting units capable of sliding are arranged for the moving units of the assembly equipment, the running stability of the chassis of the assembly equipment can be improved, and then the problems that existing assembly equipment is poor in on-load lifting running stability and prone to overturning during on-load lateral movement are solved, and therefore, the construction safety of the fabricated steel structure in the tunnel is improved. Meanwhile, according to the scheme, through the flexible assembling units designed for the straight wall type steel structures and the arch-shaped steel structures, the problems that according to existing assembling equipment, the assembling efficiency of the steel structures in the narrow and small space of the tunnel is low, and the grabbing adaptability is poor are solved.

    本发明公开了一种隧道内装配式钢结构多功能拼装设备,包括:移动单元、支撑单元和拼装单元;支撑单元包括支撑部和滑移部;支撑部分别设置于移动单元前后端,且至少可上下伸缩移动;滑移部设置于支撑部的底部;拼装单元设置于移动单元。在本方案中,通过为拼装设备的移动单元配置可滑移的支撑单元,可提升拼装设备底盘运行的稳定性,进而解决了现有拼装设备带负载举升行驶稳定性差及带负载侧移容易倾覆的问题,从而有助于提高了隧道内装配式钢结构施工的安全性。与此同时,本方案通过为直墙类钢结构及拱形钢结构设计的柔性拼装单元,解决了现有拼装设备隧道狭小空间内钢结构拼装效率低,抓取适应性差的问题。
