The invention provides a rear independent suspension structure for a heavy vehicle, which is used for connecting a frame and a hub reduction gear of the vehicle and comprises two symmetrical independent suspension units and a transverse stabilizer bar assembly for connecting the two independent suspension units, and each independent suspension unit is of a double-control-arm structure. The two sides of the long shaft end of the upper control arm are rotationally connected with the frame, one side of the long shaft end of the lower control arm is fixed to the frame through a torsion rod spring, and the other side of the long shaft end of the lower control arm is rotationally connected with the frame. Short shaft ends of the upper control arm and the lower control arm are rotatably connected with a wheel edge connecting shaft. According to the rear independent suspension structure, the double-control-arm structure is adopted, each of the upper control arm and the lower control arm is of a symmetrical trapezoidal structure, the control arms are formed through forging and assembled in a split mode, cost is saved, production efficiency is improved, the overall universality of the rear independent suspension structure can be enhanced so that the rear independent suspension structure can be suitable for vehicles of different models, meanwhile, the machining difficulty is simplified, and the overall strength is improved; therefore, the running requirements of heavy vehicles under the conditions of heavy vehicle body weight and severe road conditions are met.
本发明提供一种重型车辆用后独立悬架结构,用于连接车辆的车架和轮边减速器,该结构包括两个对称设置的独立悬架单元以及连接两个独立悬架单元的横向稳定杆组件,独立悬架单元为双控制臂结构,上控制臂的长轴端两侧均与车架转动连接,下控制臂的长轴端,一侧通过扭杆弹簧固定在车架上,另一侧与车架转动连接;上、下控制臂的短轴端可转动连接轮边连接轴。本发明后独立悬架结构采用双控制臂结构,上、下控制臂均为对称的梯形结构,控制臂锻造成型、分体组装,节省成本,提高生产效率,能够增强该后独立悬架结构整体的通用性,以适用不同型号的车辆,同时简化加工难度,提高整体强度,从而满足重型车辆车身重量大、路况恶劣情况下的运行要求。
