The invention discloses a drum brake braking force distribution method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a braking force prediction model of a drum brake based on a temperature model of the drum brake, and building a drum brake braking force observer and a whole vehicle longitudinal dynamics simulation model according to the braking force prediction model of the drum brake; using a drum brake braking force observer for obtaining the real braking force of each shaft of the brake, achieving reasonable braking force distribution on the premise of meeting the braking strength by setting the braking force distribution coefficient boundary condition and optimizing the braking force distribution coefficient. The braking performance stability of the brake is brought into full play. The problem that partial brakes fail due to overheating, so that the braking efficiency of the whole vehicle is rapidly reduced can be effectively prevented, the stability of the braking efficiency of the whole vehicle of the drum brake vehicle is guaranteed, the probability of the heat fade phenomenon of the brake drum is reduced on the premise that the braking safety and the operation stability are guaranteed, and the braking performance of the brake is fully exerted.

    本发明公开了一种鼓式制动器制动力分配方法及系统,基于鼓式制动器温度模型建立鼓式制动器的制动力预测模型,根据鼓式制动器的制动力预测模型建立鼓式制动器制动力观测器和整车纵向动力学仿真模型,利用鼓式制动器制动力观测器获得制动器各轴真实制动力,通过设置制动力分配系数边界条件以及优化制动力分配系数,在满足制动强度的前提下实现合理的分配制动力,充分发挥制动器的制动性能稳定性,能够有效防止部分制动器过热失效而引起整车制动效能迅速降低的问题,从而保证鼓式制动器车辆整车制动效能的稳定性,在保证制动安全性及操纵稳定性的前提下,使得制动鼓的热衰退现象发生的概率降低,充分发挥了制动器的制动性能。
