The electromagnetic braking structure of the drum brake comprises a brake body, a left cavity and a right cavity formed in the brake body, a left telescopic iron core arranged in the left cavity, a right telescopic iron core arranged in the right cavity, a left electrified coil, and a right electrified coil; the left cavity comprises a left coil mounting cavity located on the outer side and a left iron core mounting cavity located on the inner side; the structure of the right cavity is the same as that of the left cavity; and when the left electrified coil and the right electrified coil are electrified to enable the left telescopic iron core to extend outwards, an iron core insulating layer is arranged on the surface of the left telescopic iron core in the left iron core mounting cavity, and an iron core insulating layer is also arranged on the surface of the right telescopic iron core in the right iron core mounting cavity. The electromagnetic braking structure of the drum brake solves the problem that an existing elevator brake cannot effectively solve the corrosion problem due to the fact that the iron core corrosion reason cannot be accurately found, the insulating layer technology is applied to the elevator field for the first time to solve the electrochemical corrosion problem, and the electromagnetic braking structure of the drum brake can be widely applied to the elevator brake field.

    本发明公开了一种鼓式制动器电磁制动结构,包括制动器本体,所述制动器本体内设置有左腔体和右腔体,设置在左腔体内的左伸缩铁芯和设置在右腔体内的右伸缩铁芯,左通电线圈和右通电线圈,所述左腔体包括位于外侧的左线圈安装腔和位于内侧的左铁芯安装腔;所述右腔体的结构与左腔体的结构相同;当左通电线圈和右通电线圈通电使左伸缩铁芯向外伸出时,位于左铁芯安装腔内的左伸缩铁芯表面设置有铁芯绝缘层,位于右铁芯安装腔内的右伸缩铁芯表面也设置有铁芯绝缘层。本发明解决了现有电梯制动器因无法准确找到铁芯锈蚀原因而无法有效解决锈蚀的途径问题,首次将绝缘层技术应用到电梯领域解决电化学腐蚀问题,可广泛应用于电梯制动器领域。
