The invention discloses an industrial vehicle electric control safety locking mechanism which is used for being matched with an operation handle and comprises a valve body and a valve element. One end of the valve element is arranged in the valve body in a sliding mode. An end cover matched with the other end of the valve element is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the valve body. A limiting groove is formed in the valve element, and an electromagnetic push rod used for being matched with the limiting groove is arranged on the outer side of the end cover. The mechanism has the advantages that the control of the valve element can be completed through the extension and retraction of the electromagnetic push rod, so that the locking of the operation handle is realized, and different electromagnetic valve switches can be conveniently combined to realize the required functions in cooperation with a seat for use; and the original tedious mechanism is optimized, the failure rate is reduced, and the design and manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种工业车辆电控安全锁紧机构,用于配合操作手柄,包括阀体和阀芯,阀芯的一端滑动设置在阀体内,阀体外侧固定设有配合阀芯另一端的端盖,阀芯上设有限位凹槽,端盖外侧设有用于配合限位凹槽的电磁推杆。本发明的好处是通过电磁推杆的伸缩能够完成阀芯的控制,从而实现对操作手柄的锁紧,配合座椅使用,可以便利地结合不同的电磁阀开关,实现所需功能;不仅优化了原来繁琐的机构,减少了故障率,还极大地降低了设计制造成本。
