The invention discloses a locking mechanism and an electric vehicle, the locking mechanism is used for being matched with a locking piece to lock a battery pack on the electric vehicle, one of the locking mechanism and the locking piece is arranged on the electric vehicle, the other one of the locking mechanism and the locking piece is arranged on the battery pack, the locking mechanism comprises a lock seat and a pin shaft, the lock seat is provided with a first lock groove, and the pin shaft is arranged in the first lock groove. The first lock groove penetrates through the thickness direction of the lock seat and extends in the first direction. The lock seat is further provided with a pin hole communicated with the first lock groove. The pin shaft is arranged in the lock seat and can enter or exit from the first lock groove in the second direction. When the locking mechanism is in a locking state, one end of the pin shaft enters the first locking groove and is inserted into the pin hole, a locking space is defined between the pin shaft and the first locking groove, and the locking space can limit the locking piece to leave the first locking groove in the first direction; when the locking mechanism is in an unlocking state, the pin shaft retreats from the first locking groove, and the locking piece can enter and exit from the first locking groove in the first direction. The locking mechanism is simple in structure, small in size, firm and reliable in locking, high in locking and unlocking efficiency and low in cost.

    本申请公开一种锁止机构及电动车辆,锁止机构用于与锁止件配合以将电池包锁止于电动车辆,锁止机构和锁止件中的一者设于所述电动车辆上,另一者设于所述电池包上,锁止机构包括锁座和销轴,锁座开设第一锁槽,第一锁槽贯穿锁座的厚度方向且沿第一方向延伸;锁座还设有与第一锁槽连通的销孔;销轴设置锁座中且可沿第二方向进入或退出第一锁槽;当锁止机构处于锁止状态,销轴的一端进入第一锁槽并插入销孔,销轴与第一锁槽之间围成锁止空间,锁止空间能够限制锁止件沿第一方向离开第一锁槽;当锁止机构处于解锁状态,销轴退出第一锁槽,锁止件能够沿第一方向进出第一锁槽。本申请的锁止机构结构简单,体积小,锁止牢固可靠,加解锁效率高,成本低。
