The invention discloses a shock absorption and heat dissipation protection device of a charger for a forklift, which comprises a main body assembly, fixing assemblies and shock absorption assemblies, the main body assembly comprises a box body, the two fixing assemblies are symmetrically installed on the top of the inner side wall of the box body, and each fixing assembly comprises positioning columns, a clamping block, a first connecting plate, a nut plate, a threaded rod and a handle. Two positioning columns are symmetrically welded between one side of the front side wall of the interior of the box body and one side of the rear side wall of the interior of the box body, and two clamping blocks are symmetrically and slidably connected to the outer side walls of the two positioning columns; the moving positions of the clamping blocks are limited through the positioning columns, the nut plate moves up and down along with rotation of the threaded rod, the nut plate and the clamping blocks are hinged through the first connecting plates, when the threaded rod rotates the nut plate to move upwards, the two clamping blocks get close to each other, the charger is fixed, and when a charger is subjected to large impact, the charger does not shake greatly, and collision with the inner wall of the device is avoided, and the charger can be better protected.

    本发明公开了一种叉车用充电机减震散热保护装置,包括主体组件、固定组件和减震组件,所述主体组件包括箱体,所述箱体的内侧壁顶部对称安装有两个固定组件,所述固定组件包括定位柱、夹持块、第一连接板、螺母板、螺纹杆和把手,所述箱体的内部前侧壁一侧和箱体的内部后侧壁一侧之间对称焊接有两个定位柱,两个所述定位柱的外侧壁对称滑动连接有两个夹持块;本发明通过定位柱限定夹持块的移动位置,螺母板随螺纹杆转动上下移动,螺母板与夹持块通过第一连接板铰接,螺纹杆转动螺母板向上移动时,两个夹持块相互靠近,固定住充电机,当受到较大冲击时,充电机不会发生大幅度晃动,避免与装置内壁产生碰撞,可以更好的保护充电机。
