The invention discloses a polyurethane tire based on mixed acid polyester polyol and waste rubber powder. The polyurethane tire consists of a component A and a component B, and is characterized in that the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of first polyester polyol, 40-60 parts of mixed acid polyester polyol, 5-10 parts of second polyester polyol, 10-15 parts of a chain extender, 0-2 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a foaming agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a surfactant, 10-25 parts of rubber, 3-5 parts of color paste, and 1.5-2.5 parts of a catalyst, and the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of third polyester polyol, 55-65 parts of first isocyanate, 3-7 parts of second diisocyanate, and 0.002-0.01 part of phosphoric acid. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polyurethane tire. According to the invention, mixed acid polyester polyol and waste rubber powder are simultaneously applied to a polyurethane tire, so that a new application scene is provided for the mixed acid and the waste rubber.

    本发明公开一种基于混酸聚酯多元醇和废旧橡胶粉的聚氨酯轮胎,由A、B两个组分组成,其特征在于,A组分中以重量份计算,包括如下组分:第一聚酯多元醇10‑40份;混酸聚酯多元醇40‑60份;第二聚酯多元醇5‑10份;扩链剂10‑15份;交联剂0‑2份;发泡剂0.2‑0.5份;表面活性剂0.5‑1.5份;橡胶10‑25份;色膏3‑5份;催化剂1.5‑2.5份;B组分中以重量份计算,包括如下组分:第三聚酯多元醇30‑40份;第一异氰酸酯55‑65份;第二异氰酸酯3‑7份;磷酸0.002‑0.01份。本发明还公开了其制备方法。本发明将混酸聚酯多元醇和废旧橡胶粉同时应用到聚氨酯轮胎中,给混酸和废旧橡胶提供了新的应用场景。
