The invention discloses an amino modified tire rubber powder/polyurethane composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Under ultrasonic effect, tire rubber is fully swelled by using a swelling agent; a cross-linked network in tire rubber is expanded, so that on one hand, the surface activity of rubber powder is improved, on the other hand, rich pore channel structures are given to the surfaces and the interiors of rubber particles, the specific surface area of the rubber powder is increased, the compatibility of the rubber powder is improved, and the interface bonding force can be improved when the rubber powder is mixed with a base material; anamino silane coupling agent is grafted and aminated on the surface of the rubber powder, no toxic or harmful solventis used, the environment performance is good, and the reaction conditions are mild; aminated rubber powder with a porous structure is used as a seed ball to react with a hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane prepolymer and a diisocyanate dimer to form a modified rubber powder-polyurethane cross-linked network structure, so that the physical and mechanical properties of the composite material are improved.

    本发明公开了一种氨基改性轮胎胶粉/聚氨酯复合材料及其制备方法与应用,在超声作用下,使用溶胀剂对轮胎橡胶进行充分溶胀,将轮胎橡胶内部交联网络撑开,一方面提高胶粉表面活性,另一方面赋予橡胶颗粒表面与内部丰富的孔道结构,提高胶粉的比表面积,改善胶粉的相容性,使其与基体材料进行混合时可以提高界面的结合力;通过氨基硅烷偶联剂,在胶粉表面接枝氨基化,无有毒有害溶剂的使用,对环境好,反应条件温和;以多孔结构的氨基化胶粉为种球,与端羟基聚氨酯预聚体、二异氰酸酯二聚体反应,形成改性胶粉‑聚氨酯交联网络结构,提高复合材料的物理机械性能。
