The invention discloses a ship T-shaped row clamping device and a T-shaped row hoisting method. According to the invention, the device is convenient to use, simple to maintain and reusable, the welding and cutting workload of the lifting lug in the ship equipment lifting process is greatly reduced, the lifting time is shortened, the lifting cost is reduced, and the potential safety hazard of the fire work is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种船舶T型排夹持装置及T型排吊装方法,所述船舶T型排夹持装置包括U型架、滑动卡板及限位螺栓,所述U型架呈U字形,所述U型架的两侧壁贯穿开设有孔槽,所述孔槽用于供所述滑动卡板穿过,所述U型架两侧的前端面开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔与所述孔槽贯穿连通,所述限位螺栓配合安装于所述螺纹孔内,所述滑动卡板沿长度方向设有长条形限位槽,所述限位螺栓的端部卡合于所述限位槽内,所述U型架的底板上焊接有起吊眼板。本发明使用方便、维护简单、可重复利用,大大减少了船舶设备吊装过程中吊耳的烧焊和切割工作量,降低了吊装时间和成本,降低了火工作业的安全隐患。
