The invention discloses a double-rotor rim driving type internal and external duct propeller for aviation. The propeller comprises internal and external duct guide pipes, a high-speed double-rotor rim motor, an internal duct fan and a fan supporting structure, an external duct fan and a fan supporting structure, a ridge-wing-shaped supporting column between an internal duct and an external duct, and an external duct tail gate wing. The limitation that a traditional motor and a duct propelling structure cannot achieve the internal duct and the external duct is overcome. And through the internal and external duct structures and the special winding mode of annular windings, the rotating speeds of internal and external rotors are different, so that the internal and external ducts are different in flow and flow velocity, and the aerodynamic performance of the duct propeller is further improved. The double-rotor internal and external duct type propeller is higher in motor efficiency and power density, nearly half of copper loss and iron loss are reduced, the heat dissipation capacity brought by the external duct is higher, the external duct is used for reducing boundary layer adsorption loss caused by the fact that a duct guide pipe of a traditional rim duct propeller is too thick, the external duct is thin and is short in the axial direction, and the adsorption loss of a boundary layer is small.

    本发明公开了航空用的双转子轮缘驱动型内外涵道式推进器,包括内外涵道导管,高速双转子轮缘电机,内置涵道风扇及风扇支撑结构,外置涵道风扇及风扇支撑结构,内外涵道间的棱翼形支柱,外涵道尾部栅翼。解决了传统电机及涵道推进结构不能实现内外涵道的局限性。通过内外涵道结构以及特有的环形绕组的绕制方式,令内外转子转速不同,从而造成内外涵道流量流速不同,进一步提高了涵道推进器的气动性能。双转子内外涵道式推进器的电机效率和功率密度更高,减少了近一半的铜损和铁损,外涵道带来的散热能力更强,利用外涵道减少了传统轮缘涵道推进器涵道导管过厚而带来的边界层吸附损耗,而外涵道很薄且轴向较短,边界层吸附损耗很小。
